Terms for Arne Kellmann public information tools

Effective date: 8 September 2026.

Operator and scope

These terms describe the public information tools operated by Arne Kellmann, Odenwaldstraße 134L, 64372 Ober-Ramstadt, Germany. Contact: contact@arnekellmann.de. Provider details: https://arnekellmann.de/imprint.

The tools provide published consulting service information and documentation. They include the public service API, documentation lookup and search, and the Arne Kellmann MCP integration. They do not provide account access or retrieve private customer records.

Cost and access

Access to these public information tools is free. No account, API key or payment details are required. A third-party client may have its own charges and terms; those are separate from this information service.

Published technical limits apply. Observe rate-limit and Retry-After response headers, and do not bypass technical access controls. No particular uptime or support response time is promised.

Consulting engagements

Using the tools does not book an appointment, confirm availability, send an enquiry, accept a consulting contract or make a payment. Consulting scope, availability and price require a separate agreement with Arne Kellmann. All four consulting services cost EUR 120 per hour excluding VAT. The discovery call is free; scope, estimated effort and availability are agreed individually.

The returned material is general published information, not an assessment of the user's particular system. AI-generated summaries may differ from the source; check the linked source and clarify engagement details directly before relying on them to commission work.

Appropriate inputs

Submit only the requested public-document path, keyword query or supported language. Do not include passwords, API keys, confidential business information or sensitive personal data in tool inputs. Do not attempt to access another person's records or interfere with the service.

Data handling and third-party clients

Data handling by this service is described at https://arnekellmann.de/privacy. The client through which you access the tools processes prompts and responses under its own policies. Access to these tools does not require optional website analytics consent.

The website contact form is separate and requires the indicated privacy consent and bot verification. Preparing a draft does not submit it.

Changes and support

The API versioning policy is at https://arnekellmann.de/api/versioning.md. That policy describes notice before planned removal of versioned interfaces. These terms may be updated when the information service changes; the published page should show its effective date.

For questions, corrections or access problems, use https://arnekellmann.de/contact or email contact@arnekellmann.de. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
