# Arne Kellmann — Pricing and scope

All four consulting services cost EUR 120 per hour excluding VAT. Scope, estimated effort and availability are agreed individually before commissioning work. There are no fixed package prices.

Public information access: free. Includes the service catalog, documentation, OpenAPI, document search, MCP and the read-only test catalog. No payment details are required.

API limits: public API GET requests are limited on a best-effort basis to 120 per minute per IP and Worker isolate. Observe RateLimit and Retry-After headers. No SLA is promised.

Cost calculation: agreed hours × EUR 120 excluding VAT. Examples: 1 hour = EUR 120, 4 hours = EUR 480, 8 hours = EUR 960, 20 hours = EUR 2,400 excluding VAT. These are arithmetic examples, not effort estimates or bookable packages.

VAT is not included in these amounts. No gross price is promised here; the applicable tax treatment must be clarified in the individual proposal.

The discovery call is free. For an effort estimate, describe the goal, current system, desired outcomes and constraints. Confirmed dates or a minimum purchase commitment are not offered here.

Comparing services: the same hourly rate applies to every service below. They differ in scope, not in price tier. Ongoing advisory work is not an automatically bookable subscription.

Four shapes of engagement, from a single written assessment to sustained architectural ownership.

Architecture assessment: A written review of a planned or existing AI system: design, risks, evaluation strategy and per-request cost model.

System build: Hands-on design and implementation of the system around the model, working as lead architect with your engineering team.

Advisory retainer: Recurring architectural review for a team already building — design decisions, code review and a second opinion on the hard calls.

Team enablement: Getting an experienced engineering team productive with AI systems: evaluation practice, guardrail patterns and production operations.

All four services cost EUR 120 per hour excluding VAT. Scope and timeline are agreed per engagement. The discovery call is free.

Public website, API and MCP reads require no account or API key. There is no paid API plan or checkout.

There are no account-based allowances or paid API upgrades. On HTTP 429, respect the wait in Retry-After. Public reads do not incur consulting charges.

- Desired outcome and relevant service.
- Current system and technical constraints.
- Estimated hours and the resulting net budget.
- Applicable VAT and the final proposal.
- Scope, timeline and explicitly confirmed availability.
